Bookkeeping & QuickBooks
Cleanup, reconciliation, and ongoing support grounded in actual bank, credit-card, payroll, and business records.
Clear the backlog
When QuickBooks has years of unreconciled activity, duplicated transactions, unexplained balances, or accounts that do not match external statements, tax preparation becomes harder and business decisions become guesswork.
C&T begins with a review—not a promise made before seeing the condition of the file. We identify the cleanup period, available records, account structure, open reconciliations, and issues that may require client or outside-professional input.
For businesses that need prior periods reviewed, categorized, reconciled, and prepared for reliable reporting or tax work.
For businesses ready to maintain reconciled accounts, organized records, and a consistent monthly workflow after cleanup or setup is complete.
Straightforward monthly options
Tax-ready books, kept by a tax preparer. Choose the level that fits your current account and transaction volume; we confirm the exact scope before work begins.

Bookkeeping + tax support
$650/month
Adds a monthly review call, quarterly estimated-tax check-ins, payroll recording, and 1099/W-9 tracking.
Expanded tax planning
$950/month
Adds a Q4 tax projection, an annual entity and S-corp check-in, and faster response times.
A one-time look under the hood of your books. Credited toward cleanup or your first month if you start within 14 days.
$150
Behind by a few months—or a few years? It’s fixable. Quoted once we’ve seen your books.
Starting at $500
Additional monthly transactions above your plan allowance are billed in blocks of up to 50 at $100 per block. If your activity consistently exceeds the plan limit, we’ll recommend the next tier or a custom monthly quote before changing your recurring fee.
For pricing purposes: one transaction is one bank, credit-card, payment-processor, or loan-feed line that must be reviewed, matched, categorized, or reconciled. Additional accounts or materially more complex activity may require a higher tier or a separately approved quote.
The cleanup workflow
We discuss the business, bookkeeping history, accounts, current concerns, and desired outcome.
With authorized access, we assess reconciliations, feeds, account balances, and visible problem areas.
We identify the external statements, reports, prior returns, and supporting records required for the work.
You receive a written description of the period, deliverables, exclusions, timing, and fee.
Work is completed methodically from reliable external records, with unresolved items documented.
We review results and determine whether ongoing monthly support is appropriate.
What we need
C&T does not manufacture missing financial history or treat assumptions as documentation. Clients are responsible for providing complete records and timely answers for the period being reviewed.
Payroll processing, payroll-tax filings, sales or franchise-tax work, 1099 preparation, audit or notice representation, and substantially expanded cleanup are separate services unless expressly included in a written agreement.
Corpus Christi & the Coastal Bend
Reliable bookkeeping is more than assigning categories. Bank and credit-card accounts must reconcile, transfers must not double income or expenses, loan and owner activity must land in the right place, and unclear transactions must be resolved instead of quietly guessed.
C&T provides secure remote bookkeeping support for service businesses, independent contractors, sole proprietors, and single-member LLCs in Corpus Christi, the Coastal Bend, and across Texas. Cleanup work is scoped after review so you know the period, records, deliverables, exclusions, and fee before the heavy work begins.
Reconciled balances and documented follow-up make financial reports more useful, tax preparation more efficient, and business decisions less dependent on the bank balance alone. Ongoing support can build on a completed cleanup with a repeatable monthly close.
